Game Creator is operated by StoryverseCo Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Game Creator platform and related services (the “Service”).

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information.
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, jobs submitted, credits consumed, IP address, browser type, and device information.
Payment Data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Please review Stripe’s privacy policy for details on their data practices.
Prompts and Generated Content. We collect the prompts you submit, the outputs returned by upstream providers, and metadata about each job (such as timing, status, and credit cost). We process this information to deliver the Service and mirror generated assets to your account. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train our own AI models.
Communications. If you contact us, we may retain your correspondence and any information you provide.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To process subscriptions, credit purchases, and refunds.
- To deliver prompts to upstream providers (Marble Labs, Meshy AI) and return outputs to you.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and promotions (with opt-out options).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Upstream AI providers (currently Marble Labs and Meshy AI) — your prompts and any required metadata are transmitted to these providers to generate your assets. Their privacy practices govern their handling of that data.
- Service providers (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, hosting and email infrastructure providers) who assist us in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Law enforcement or government bodies, when required by law or to protect our rights.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain certain information after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, tax records). Prompts and generated assets are retained as described in our Terms of Service.
